Required Education:
- Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
Required Experience:
- Experience in speaking, reading, and writing in French in a customer service environment.
- Experience in interacting with the public in a reception/orientation capacity.
- Experience in meeting public needs, resolving complaints, and finding solutions.
- Experience in handling cash and operating Point of Sales.
