The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada (OSFI) is seeking a Technician to provide end-user operational IT support. The role includes responsibilities for the installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT hardware/software, as well as providing guidance on their use. The technician will also assist in maintaining the network infrastructure in a help-desk environment.
Required Education:
- Degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution, OR an acceptable combination of relevant experience and education or training.
Required Experience:
- Recent experience (1 year within the last 5 years) providing Tier-1 support in a call center environment.
- Recent experience in a Microsoft Enterprise environment.
- Recent experience troubleshooting in a Microsoft Office environment.
- Experience using ticket tracking software.
- Experience providing instructions over the phone.

Salary Package:
$69,600 to $87,200 per annum.
