The Senior Specialist, Public Market Investments will contribute to managing CMHC’s investment portfolios, focusing on fixed income analysis, portfolio management, and trading. The role also involves conducting equity research and executing trades, ensuring best execution, developing analytical tools, and liaising with external stakeholders. This position is permanent and hybrid, based in Ottawa.
Required Education:
- An undergraduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, commerce, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of seven years of experience in fixed income analysis, bond portfolio management, and trading.
- Understanding of capital markets and macroeconomics in an investment context.
- Experience with technology tools, such as spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience with Bloomberg or similar platforms.

Salary Package:
- Salary range: $99,646.37 to $124,557.97, based on qualifications and experience.
