The Senior Specialist, Procurement will lead various strategic procurement projects, focusing on risk compliance and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining procurement compliance programs and policies, conducting audits, providing training, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in procurement, performance management, and risk management.

Required Education:
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Public Procurement, Supply Management, or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and competitive processes.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (written, presentation, and spoken).
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence business partners and vendors.
  • Proficiency in public procurement tools and federal government procurement processes.

Salary Package:
$99,646.37 to $124,557.97 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
