This position involves leading the financial planning and forecasting processes, providing complex financial expertise to clients and senior management, and participating in process improvements. The Senior Specialist will handle annual and multi-year budgets, financial planning, and forecasting, provide strategic advice, and prepare complex financial reports. The role includes developing KPIs and analyzing financial planning processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or commerce.
- Professional accounting designation (at least Chartered Professional Accountant designation).
Required Experience:
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a finance-related position (financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, business analysis).
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting on financial results.
- Extensive knowledge of financial, legislative, and regulatory environments.
Skills:
- Ability to analyze data and develop complex financial models.

Salary Package:
$99,646.37 to $124,557.97, based on qualifications and experience.
