In this role, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational financial advisory services as part of the Housing Programs Finance team. You will act as a business partner, help establish financial processes, and provide business insights to support financial decisions. You will also engage in business improvements, conduct financial modeling, and report on performance measures.
Required Education:
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a finance-related role, such as FP&A, finance business partnering, business analysis, or business improvement.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and business acumen.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
- Ability to synthesize information, present findings, and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
Salary Package:
- $99,646.37 to $124,557.97 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
