The National Capital Commission (NCC) is hiring a Real Estate Officer to provide support in real estate transactions and development. This role involves negotiating agreements, assisting in property transactions, monitoring easements, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work under guidance.
Required Education:
- A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Required Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate transactions, including:
- Assisting in the development of negotiation strategies, research, and risk analysis.
- Negotiating and coordinating property transactions (acquisitions, exchanges, disposals, licenses, leases, easements).
- Participating in negotiations for easement creation, registration, renewals, and extinguishment.
Skills:
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with work standards.
Salary Package:
$77,281 to $102,535 per annum
