The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking a skilled Real Estate Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise and strategic advice on real estate transactions and development. Responsibilities include leading the acquisition, exchange, disposal, and leasing of real property, negotiating and preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Required Education:
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in real estate, business administration, law, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in real estate advisory services, including:
- Leading negotiations and developing strategies for real estate transactions.
- Finalizing property transactions with governments, the private sector, or individuals.
- Handling acquisitions, exchanges, disposals, licenses, leases, and easements.
Skills:
- Knowledge of legal instruments for real estate transactions.
- Understanding of property appraisal principles.
- Familiarity with commercial, agricultural, and residential property markets.
- Planning for major disposals, acquisitions, or land exchanges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills in competitive environments.
- Market research and analysis.
Salary Package:
$94,550 to $127,698 per annum
