The Program Evaluation Analyst will support the Evaluation Services Team by analyzing data, conducting evaluations, and providing advisory services to inform housing programs. This position will involve quantitative analysis, data management, survey design, and report generation. The role requires the ability to communicate analysis findings clearly and guide stakeholders through evaluation processes. This is a temporary full-time position until December 31, 2026.
Required Education:
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Social Science, Business Administration, Political Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in quantitative data analysis, evaluation, and/or housing programming or finance.
- Experience with large datasets, statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, Stata), and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and survey design.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data.
- Ability to communicate findings in reports and presentations tailored to different audiences.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of evaluation standards and best practices.
Salary Package:
$70,354.20 to $87,942.74, based on qualifications and experience.
