The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking an Officer, Accounts Management for an indeterminate full-time position. This role involves managing client accounts for real property portfolios (commercial, agricultural, and residential), identifying client needs, and determining the best solutions. The Officer will also monitor real property portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with NCC’s priorities, while providing exceptional customer service and relationship management with clients.
Required Education:
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in business, marketing, public relations, or real estate management, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in real estate management, including:
- Providing support to tenants and stakeholders in managing client accounts.
- Identifying issues in client accounts and determining necessary actions.
Skills:
- Knowledge of real property management acts, regulations, policies, and standards.
- Knowledge of public and private sector practices in real property account management.
- Knowledge of techniques for collecting, analyzing, and identifying information.
- Ability to develop solutions to resolve issues, complaints, and challenges.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing changing priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Package:
$66,836 to $85,106 per year.
