As an IT Network Analyst, you will deliver technical IT services including the planning, development, implementation, support, integration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and operations. You will ensure the integrity, efficiency, flexibility, and portability of the network infrastructure.
Required Education:
- A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related discipline, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
Required Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the following areas:
- Creating and managing user accounts in Microsoft 365, including configuring licenses, roles, and permissions.
- System Deployment and Configuration: Installation, configuration, and management of servers and workstations.
- System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Implementing monitoring tools, managing log analysis, optimizing system performance, and developing backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Cloud & Virtualization Technologies: Managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), hybrid cloud integration, IaaS/PaaS deployment, and cloud security.
Skills:
- Knowledge of information systems, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to conduct technical studies, identify requirements, and provide specialized advice.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT and other technical matters.
- Ability to organize work and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and Python for automation tasks.
Salary Package:
$77,281 to $102,535 per annum
