Engineer Officer

Job Details

The Engineer Officer will be responsible for leading capital and recapitalization projects from design to implementation, coordinating technical teams, managing risks, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and legislation.

Required Education:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university in mechanical engineering, civil/structural engineering, electrical engineering, or another engineering specialty relevant to the duties of the position.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in managing multiple construction projects at all stages of delivery.
  • Experience in managing risk in facility management and construction.
  • Experience managing financial resources related to construction and maintenance programs.
  • Experience providing advice and recommendations on complex, multi-stakeholder files.
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Experience in human resources management, including assigning tasks, managing performance, and approving training.

Skills:

  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Proficient in project contract management principles.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze infrastructure needs and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.

Salary Package:
$132,316 to $154,676 annually.
