The Detachment Services Assistant provides administrative, financial, and operational support for police officers and other employees at the RCMP detachment. The role includes front counter assistance, telephone support, and providing services and information to the public. The work environment is busy and occasionally exposes employees to difficult and stressful situations.
Required Education: Successful completion of two years of secondary school (Grade 10) or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Required Experience:
- Experience providing administrative support services.
- Experience with emergency support services such as emergency calls, medical response, or community emergency response teams (preferred).
- Experience using the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC).
- Experience interpreting and processing court documents.

Salary Package: $62,533 to $67,699 per annum.
