The Coordinator, Professional Services Contracts is responsible for managing and administering low-risk professional services contracts, while supporting senior contract coordinators on higher-risk projects. The role involves managing contract-related risks, multiple contracts, and providing regular reports to supervisors and client-partners. Duties include managing contract cost, scope, and schedule, coordinating work with stakeholders, and managing expectations of service providers and project managers.

Required Education:

  • Minimum: College diploma in engineering, architecture, or related field with approximately two years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Certification in applicable fields such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET).

Required Experience:

  • Experience in contract management and administration.
  • Experience in managing multiple contracts and coordinating project schedules.
  • Experience in managing risk associated with contracts.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of consulting best practices, procurement mechanisms, and contract law.
  • Estimation of fees for professional services.
  • Ability to apply project, contract, and risk management techniques.
  • Familiarity with the design process and typical deliverables in construction projects.
  • Strong relationship management skills with industry and client-partners.

Salary Package:
$66,355 – $86,260
