The Coordinator, Environmental Services is responsible for providing environmental services including technical advice and recommendations to Client-Partners. The role involves preparing technical documents, overseeing contractors, coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with environmental requirements. The Coordinator ensures that project goals are met on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required Education:

  • Minimum: College diploma in biology, environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or related field with four years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • Preferred: University degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or related field and/or specialized knowledge and certification in environmental services.

Required Experience:

  • Four years of relevant experience in environmental services.
  • Experience in project management, risk management, and contract initiation.
  • Familiarity with environmental policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of best practices, methods, trends, and legislation in environmental sciences.
  • Project and risk management.
  • Health and safety management.
  • Proficient in applicable computer software and operating systems.

Salary Package:
$77,139 – $100,281, with benefits including public service pension, employer-paid health and dental premiums, wellness allowance, and mental health services.
