Required Education:
High School or College diploma with relevant compensation experience and knowledge.
Required Experience:
- Researching, analyzing, and resolving issues related to the Phoenix pay processing system.
- Providing client services through email, phone, or in person.
- Applying policies, procedures, or legislations related to pay and benefits.
- Administering pay or benefits within the Phoenix Pay System.
- Using computer systems in compensation and benefits (e.g., Regional Pay System or Phoenix).
- Understanding legislation, policies, directives, and collective agreements related to compensation.

Salary Package:
$65,533.00 – $86,428.00 per year
