The Chief, Psychological Health & Safety will oversee and manage the mental health strategy and wellness programs at CSIS. The role involves developing mental health strategies, shaping programs for organizational transformation, and ensuring legislative requirements are met. The position requires leadership in mental health awareness campaigns and overseeing a team responsible for implementing policies and strategies.
Required Education:
Master’s Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution (or equivalent). A doctoral level in psychology is preferred.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience in mental health programs as a Clinical, Operational, or Organizational Psychologist.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a mental health and wellness program within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Experience in policy, guideline, and procedure writing.
- Supervisory experience, including planning, organizing, and directing the work of others.

Salary Package:
$126,377 to $152,175, with additional benefits for Master’s or Doctoral level psychologists.
