The Bilingual Senior Specialist, Project Management will collaborate with business and functional leads to direct multi-functional teams, executing enterprise projects and delivering value to the company. The role involves managing the project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to monitoring and completion. The candidate will ensure that projects adhere to schedule and budget, monitor progress, and address risks and issues while ensuring change management activities are supported for successful project completion.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of seven years of experience managing complex, cross-functional, high-risk enterprise projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives end-to-end, from scoping to full fruition.
Skills:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to influence and gain acceptance of proposals.
- Diplomacy and strong interpersonal skills.
- Sound analytical skills with the ability to develop recommendations and provide advice.
- Strong experience in planning, execution, and risk management in project environments.
Salary Package:
- $99,646.37 to $124,557.97 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
