Bilingual Senior Specialist, Client Relations

CMHC is seeking a Bilingual Senior Specialist in Client Relations to join the Multi-Unit (MU) Business Operations System and Support division. The role will involve providing expertise, guidance, and leadership on multi-disciplinary projects, developing and implementing business processes, data optimizations, and controls. The goal is to improve operational capabilities, efficiency, and client experience, as well as manage data integrity and governance.

Required Education:

  • An undergraduate degree in a related field such as computer science, business administration, or commerce.

Experience:

  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience with increasing responsibilities in housing finance, insurance, or business system management.

Skills:

  • Sound analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information to develop recommendations.
  • The ability to deliver persuasive and clear presentations.
  • Strong background in processes, controls, and systems.
  • Superior problem-solving skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on different projects with ambiguity.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Salary Package:
$99,646.37 to $124,557.97 per year (based on qualifications and experience).
